Welcome to Calamari restaurant! With ample umbrellas and trickling fountains, our court garden is as lively as a sidewalk café, yet, all the while retaining a wonderfully intimate feel of dining al fresco in a private garden. Inside, our spacious dining room will welcome you with its open kitchen and visible brick oven, providing the perfect setting for a party of one or a party of 250.

Our abundant menu features Italian favorites at reasonable prices. Seafood is our specialty: our Lobster Ravioli was named in New Times ' "Top 100 Favorite Dishes of Miami," and Chef Alex's Tuna Tartare is among the most ordered dishes.

Sunday Brunch Buffet is an extraordinary repast accompanied by live classic jazz on the terrace, and considered one of the best deals in town. Monday is Maine Lobster Night, also an incredible deal. Tuesday's feature is fresh, Brick Oven pizza priced by the hour, starting at $5/5 pm. Wednesdays is Wine & Dine night, with a selection of the wine list offered at half the price.

Calamari's La Dolce Vita Bar features Happy Hour 7 days a week, from 4 to 8 pm, with drinks offered at 2 for 1 and a Small Bites, Bar Delights Menu of items under $5.

A great provenance

Calamari is part of the Grove Trilogy of restaurants surrounding our court garden, including La Bottega by Carmen Trigueros, an enoteca sociale and Taurus, the Grove's most legendary bar. We are also part of the family of restaurants which include such South Florida favorites as Il Villagio in Merrick Park, Carpaccio in Bal Harbour, Bella Luna and Trattoria Rosalia in Aventura, and Luna Café.
